The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) provides direct care to the residents of the health and rehabilitation center, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse.

CNA Duties include but are not limited to:

• Bathing & Dressing
• Serves and collects food trays
• Feeds residents
• Measures and records weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output as directed.

CNA Qualifications: Must have current Virginia Nurse Aide license in good standing.

We're looking for caring, warm-hearted Registered Nurses who are seeking an opportunity to do meaningful work, an opportunity to put a personal touch on improving the lives of others. Our nurses experience the daily joy of enriching the lives of others, while building genuine relationships with patients and their families. Become part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team of professionals who share their positive attitudes and compassionate hearts with every patient, family, and co-worker.

RN Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides direct care to patients and supervises and directs nursing staff in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines.
• Communicates patient status to the Unit Manager.
• Assists in the supervision, orientation, and training of the nursing staff. Participates in the patient care planning conference with other disciplines.
• Identifies patient goals and approaches.

RN qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Current license with Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• One (1) year of previous experience preferred; NEW GRADUATES welcomed.

We're looking for caring, warm-hearted Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are seeking an opportunity to do meaningful work, an opportunity to put a personal touch on improving the lives of others. Our nurses experience the daily joy of enriching the lives of others, while building genuine relationships with patients and their families. Become part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team of professionals who share their positive attitudes and compassionate hearts with every patient, family, and co-worker.

LPN Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• The LPN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines.
• Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures.
• Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status, abilities and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.

LPN Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred. New Grads welcome to apply!
